William Klemetson and Ralph Lutz, copartners doing business as "Bonanza Sirloin Pit," appealed from an order granting a motion to dismiss their counterclaim for contribution or indemnity against John L. Gauer, and from a judgment dismissing the counterclaim. We dismiss the appeal.
