Appellant, an insurance agency, appeals the denial of its motion to vacate a default judgment entered by the trial court in favor of the appellee on a counterclaim. The suit began when the insurance agency (a bank depositor) sued the appellee/bank alleging conversion of funds and other wrongdoing.
