RICHARDSON, Presiding Judge.

Claimant appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Board. The principal issue is whether the Board was correct in concluding that it was permissible for SAIF, the insurer for claimant's former employer, to reconsider and deny his previously accepted claim for a nondisabling occupational disease.1 We reverse.
