Defendant Gary Robinson appeals from the denial by the trial court of his motion to vacate his prior plea of guilty and to arrest judgment. The defendant, under a plea agreement with the State, had entered his plea of guilty to attempted insurance fraud (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, pars. 8-4(a), (b), (c)), and he was sentenced to a term of 10 months' imprisonment...
