The plaintiff herein, Leola Ferguson Shaw, has appealed a Bossier Parish judgment dismissing her demands on an exception of prescription. We reverse and remand.

The plaintiff sued her former husband, defendant Henry T. Ferguson, on October 7, 1977, by ordinary process seeking recognition of an Alabama judgment rendered on June 30, 1966. This was a judgment of divorce which also ordered Mr. Ferguson...
