CHAN ETTIEN, District Judge.*

The defendant, Thomas Van Haele, appeals from his conviction of aggravated assault, a felony, in the District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County. We affirm the conviction.

The incident leading to Van Haele's arrest and ultimate conviction occurred on the premises of Shur-gard Mini Storage, a rental warehouse business in Billings, Montana. At closing time on July 31, 1981...
