Defendant appeals from the trial court's order denying the defendant's motion for summary judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(3).

The facts are undisputed. On March 13, 1979, the plaintiff drove his employer's truck-trailer to the Jackson plant of the Detroit Rendering Company and backed his vehicle up to the loading dock. He got out of the truck and climbed half-way up the flight of stairs onto the loading dock to see if the truck was correctly...
