These consolidated civil actions were tried together before a justice of the Superior Court without the intervention of a jury. The trial resulted in a judgment in favor of Diamond International Corporation (Diamond) in the principal sum of $6,251.23. A counterclaim brought by Bristol County Builders Corp. (Builders) against Diamond was dismissed. Judgment was entered in favor of Industrial National Bank (bank) against Builders...
