PER CURIAM.

Johnny Lee Nelson was convicted of burglary and misdemeanor theft of property on March 12, 1982. He alleges in his motion for belated appeal that retained counsel Edwin Keaton filed a notice of appeal but did not pursue the appeal after that point. He states that he tried to contact counsel but could not reach him. He asks that Keaton be relieved as counsel, but he does not request appointment of other counsel.
