The issues before the court came into being as the consequence of the individual bankruptcy of Harvey Goldberg for whose estate plaintiff was appointed interim trustee. Plaintiff filed a complaint in the Bankruptcy Court as purported to be granted jurisdiction by the Bankruptcy Act of 1978, 92 Stat. 2549, and in particular by § 241(a) of that Act, which appears as 28 U.S.C. § 1471, as amended to be finally...
