This is an action in tort for damages. The plaintiff, Victor J. Baeza, sued for fraud in the sale of a used truck. The defendants denied any fraud and defendant International Investments Incorporated, the assignee of the installment sales contract, counterclaimed for the unpaid balance of the purchase price.
