This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals which reversed a judgment granted by the Honorable Warren Winton, Circuit Judge of Washburn county, on a jury verdict awarding the plaintiff, United Farm Agency of Wisconsin, Inc. (United Farm), the commission due on a real estate listing agreement upon the sale of the defendants' (Klasens)
