Appellee, Aquarius Condominium Owners Association, Inc., brought this suit against appellants, Sherwin H. and Elizabeth Raymond, to collect assessments charged against appellants in connection with two condominium apartments purchased by appellants and to foreclose upon the apartments. Appellants countered with a claim for damages to the apartments and contended that the assessments sued for by Aquarius were invalid assessments...
