ROSE, Justice.

Pete Stamper appeals his conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon under § 6-4-506(b), W.S. 1977.1 The jury acquitted appellant of involuntary manslaughter, the crime for which he was tried, and found him guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as a lesser included offense of the crime charged. He now seeks reversal of his conviction and raises these issues...
