Defendants Fifth & Park Place, Inc. (Fifth), and Eugene and Joyce Horbach appeal the judgment and decree of foreclosure entered in favor of plaintiffs Structurals Northwest, Ltd. (Structurals) and Active Erectors & Installers, Inc. (Active), and intervenor Canam Hambro Systems, Inc. (Canam). We affirm the judgment but remand for redetermination of costs.
