DIES, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of the offense of robbery which found the enhancement paragraph of the indictment to be true. The court assessed his punishment at confinement for a period of thirty years.

Appellant first complains of error in "overruling Defendant's Motion to Quash indictment because said indictment did not define owner and therefore did not give adequate notice to the Defendant of the type of ownership...
