The defendant appeals from the denial of his motion to vacate a judgment in a paternity suit.

Defendant filed a timely answer to the complaint which was filed December 2, 1980, denying paternity. A motion to require a blood test was filed and set for hearing on January 19, 1981, at which time neither defendant nor his attorney appeared.
