The Department of Agriculture, employer of this injured claimant, urges that the deputy erred in holding the claim not barred by the two-year statute of limitations, section 440.19(2)(b), Florida Statutes (1979). The issue arises on an order for the payment of medical benefits alone, on account of surgery and other services required for treatment of claimant's detached retina.
