This appeal raises the issue of whether a wrongful death action charging negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in which both the plaintiff's decedent and the defendant1 were state employees, was properly dismissed by the trial court on the ground that it was barred by the immunity granted state employees under General Statutes § 4-165.2
