Local No. 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO ("Local 3") appeals from a judgment holding it liable for violations of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (1976) and section 303 of the Labor Management Relations Act ("LMRA"), 29 U.S.C. § 187 (1976).
