Plaintiffs brought this action for breach of a contract to exchange real properties owned by plaintiffs Welch Transfer & Storage, Inc. and Wyman and Marlene Welch (hereafter collectively called the Welches) and the defendant Don A. Oldham dba Shoppers' Guide (Oldham).
