This matter is on appeal from the defendant's conviction of a violation of 7 U.S.C. § 2024(b). Defendant, Donna G. Ward, was charged in a two count Criminal Information of having knowingly made false statements which did not accurately reflect income on applications for acquisition of food stamps valued under $100, on June 12, 1980 and July 14, 1980. Count one, relating to the application of June 12, 1980, was dismissed...
