NMSA 1978, § 57-1-1 (Cum.Supp. 1982), part of our Antitrust Act, pertains to restraint of trade. Prohibited restraints of trade may be dealt with in civil or criminal proceedings. NMSA 1978, §§ 57-1-3 and 57-1-6 (Cum.Supp. 1982). Defendant was charged with criminal restraint of trade.
