Robin Harper appeals the grant of summary judgment for the defendant in the sexual employment discrimination suit she filed against her former employer pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e. The district court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment because Harper's civil suit was not timely filed within 90 days as required by 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(1). While Mrs. Harper had been issued a right to sue letter by the Equal Employment Opportunity...
