In this worker's compensation suit, defendant, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Harold G. Pendleton, awarding accrued compensation benefits as of the date of judgment, March 10, 1982, in the sum of $4030, together with interest from date of demand, the sum of $130 per week for the duration of plaintiff's disability, and all court costs.
