On February 1, 1981, the defendant, an admitted drug pusher, during an argument with her drug supplier, Louis Gompertz (Gompertz), relative to obtaining more marihuana to sell, shot him to death. Then the defendant went through Gompertz' pockets, while he lay dying, and removed his keys and $25. After this, she left Gompertz' apartment. Later on she told her friends that she had killed...
