This appeal presents us something old and something new. The old issue is whether a premarital couple may make as binding an oral agreement to own all future acquired property equally, irrespective of record title as may their married counterparts. Here, where the parties have relied on their agreement, we affirm the judgment holding the family home to be community property, even though some time prior to separation...
