On February 16, 1981, A.L. Adams Construction Company filed a civil complaint in this Court against Georgia Power Company. The plaintiff alleged that it was refused a job as building contractor at defendant's construction site in Burke County, Georgia, because plaintiff was a nonunion contractor. In Count 1 of the complaint, plaintiff contends that defendant's refusal to hire plaintiff was the result of a combination and conspiracy...
