This appeal arises from a February 23, 1981, order of the trial court denying the appearance of Rooks, Pitts, Fullagar and Poust (Rooks) as attorneys on behalf of Roselle State Bank and Trust Company (Roselle) in a citation proceeding pursuant to section 16-1 of the Probate Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 110 1/2, par. 16-1).
