FEATHERSTON, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' 1977 and 1978 income taxes in the amounts of $651 and $596 respectively.

The issues for decision are as follows:

1) Whether petitioners are entitled, under section 1621 and section 1.162-5, Income Tax Regs., to deduct the amounts of $5,130.29 for 1977 and $5,119.81 for 1978 as educational expenses incurred...
