This case is before the court on an involuntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code filed against the debtor by three of its creditors. The major petitioning creditor, Columbia Gas of Kentucky, Inc., alleges it is owed an unsecured debt in the amount of $222,587.62, which amount is increasing because it is continuing to supply gas to the debtor.
