BASS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in a medical malpractice case.

The judgment is affirmed.

On May 6, 1977, appellant, Ada Elizabeth Jean, filed this medical malpractice action against two physicians, Dr. Rylee and appellee, Dr. Jones, alleging they had been negligent in both the treatment of and subsequent surgery on her herniated disc on June 6, 1974. In addition...
