A judge of the Probate and Family Court entered an amended judgment on November 5, 1982, ordering the defendant wife to submit to an operation in order "to hold [her] pregnancy." The judgment was entered in a proceeding brought pro se by the plaintiff husband on October 12, 1982, in which he sought "authority to force [the wife] to undergo the surgical procedure."
