The appellant, Dewey Earl Jernigan, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was convicted of two counts of Robbery with Firearms, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in Tulsa County District Court, Cases No. CRF-79-3176 and CRF-79-3177 (F-82-35), was convicted of Kidnapping in Tulsa County District Court, Case No. CRF-79-3124 (F-82-34), was sentenced to ten (10) years' imprisonment...
