In May, 1976, plaintiff Erwin Pearl, Inc. (Pearl) purchased from defendant Burroughs Corporation (Burroughs) a computer and the essential software programs. Pearl contends that, even though it received delivery of the computer, Burroughs allegedly never supplied the necessary software.
