Plaintiff and defendant were married in 1946 and lived together thereafter as husband and wife until their separation in the fall of 1980. They had five children, all of whom were then emancipated, except the youngest son who was 16 years of age. The parties entered into a separation agreement in November, 1980. One of the terms provided that defendant would deed his interest in the marital property to plaintiff. Upon his failure to do so, plaintiff commenced this action...
