WATSON, Justice.

Defendant, Edward Joseph, was convicted by a ten to two jury verdict of armed robbery. LSA-R.S. 14:64.1 Defendant was sentenced to fifty years at hard labor and has appealed his conviction and sentence alleging seven errors by the trial court.
