This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, wherein appellant was indicted and tried for an attempted1 jail escape. Upon conviction he was sentenced to a term of two years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections to run consecutively with the sentence he was serving in Cause Number 17,670.
