Peter Bongarzone, Joseph Carfagna, Gordon P. Trapp, and Paul F. Smith were convicted by a jury of violating the marihuana trafficking statute, G.L.c. 94C, § 32E (a)(2), as appearing in St. 1980, c. 436, § 4.
