Appellant made application for extended unemployment compensation benefits under § 288.062, RSMo Supp.1982. A deputy of the Division of Employment Security determined appellant to be ineligible and on appeal, the Appeals Tribunal and the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirmed the deputy's decision.
