FELDMAN, Justice.

John Zimmerman (claimant) was injured in an industrial accident which occurred in January, 1978. As a result of the injuries, he claims a total loss of earning capacity. The Industrial Commission awarded benefits based upon only a partial loss. The court of appeals affirmed that award by memorandum opinion and claimant now petitions this court for review. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const. art. 6, § 5, and Ariz.R.Civ.App.P. 23, 17A...
