In answer to interrogatories, the jury apportioned liability 35% against the defendant Morse Diesel, 45% against the third-party defendant Ronsco Construction, and 20% against the third-party defendant Ermco Erectors. Following the jury verdict, the trial court in a decision dated June 9, 1982 ruled that Morse Diesel was entitled to complete contractual indemnification from Ronsco for the 35% for which it was held liable and to complete indemnification for its 35% liability...
