This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, Sec. 195.020, RSMo 1978, upon which defendant was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.

The issue presented by the appeal is the validity of a search conducted by the police at the time of defendant's arrest, which disclosed the contraband pills in a plastic container in defendant's waistband. Defendant claims...
