Plaintiff and defendant are parties to a collective bargaining agreement containing grievance procedure provisions. Two sets of grievances were asserted by employees of defendant who are members of plaintiff. One was that of J.R. Dennis and J.A. Orton (Dennis grievance); the other was that of S.J. Chrisman, D.L.
