OPINION

HOWARD, Chief Judge.

Appellant, found guilty by a jury of negligent homicide, a dangerous offense, was sentenced to imprisonment for four years.

He raises two issues on appeal: (1) The issue of the dangerous nature of the crime should not have been submitted to the jury and (2) the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to give additional instructions to the jurors when they requested them. We find no merit in either of these contentions...
