In this consolidated appeal, Tampa Bay Business Publishing Company appeals an order (entered in the case against Zink) which denied its motion for an order of contempt, and a final order denying injunctive relief (in the case against Zincom). We have jurisdiction. Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(a)(1) and 9.130(g).
