Plaintiff, pursuant to two contracts with Coast Trading Company, Inc., (Coast), sold eight carloads of grain to Coast who immediately resold it to Pinal Feeding, Bogle Farms and Scottsdale Feedyard and had plaintiff deliver it directly to such purchasers in accordance with frequent practice in the grain trade. Five cars were delivered before Coast filed its Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy...
