The Laitram Corporation sued for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary obligations by the defendants who were formerly plaintiff's sales agents in Europe and elsewhere. Defendants are John F. Hale, an American citizen residing in Switzerland, and Pantrade S.A., a corporation (solely owned by Hale) organized under the laws of Panama with its principal place of business in Switzerland. Both Hale and his corporation filed exceptions of lack of personal jurisdiction
