The appellee, Carl Macolino, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver,1 and criminal conspiracy,2 following a non-jury trial. At the same trial, appellee's wife, Gae, was found guilty of criminal conspiracy. Carl Macolino, following the denial of post-trial motions, was sentenced to a prison term of eleven-and-one-half...
