This is a divorce case.

Elizabeth Ann Taylor and Thomas Harmon Taylor were married in February 1981 for the fourth time. Their first marriage was in 1971. Both parties had children from previous spouses. They had one child from their marriage. On May 4, 1982 the wife filed a complaint for divorce in the Mobile County Circuit Court.
